About Us

EVOTECH was launched with a vision to provide a platform for the young developers to portray their products solving real world problems and inspire others. The event envisions being one of a kind exhibition for the confluence of innovators and disruptors to share their knowledge and ideas with the participants.

EVOTECH 1.0, EVOTECH 2.0, EVOTECH 3.0 was a great success and teams from various colleges and universities from all around India participated including NSUT, DTU, Manav Rachna International University, Amity University and many more. COVID-19: Intelligent Systems, Methods and Predictions

COVID-19, as we all know, how this pandemic has caused impacts in our lives in some way or the other. Everyone is trying to implement intelligent systems and methods to prevent further spread of COVID-19, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, signal processing, pattern recognition, and robotics. In this run, you as budding technological talents can contribute to the world with your innovative ideas. In addition, various challenges and opportunities, like social distancing, unemployment, education etc. needs to be taken care of. So, sharpen your thinking and brush up your coding skills as you are going to contribute something great to your society through innovation in you.




Health sector

The healthcare sector is at the epicentre of this unprecedented global pandemic challenge, and the private sector has risen to the occasion, by offering to the government all the support it needs, be it testing support, preparing isolation beds for the treatment of Covid-19 positive patients or deploying equipment and staff in identified nodal hospitals.   • Educators as well as education seekers both are facing problems in many places.

The sudden emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic is dealing a severe blow to state economies, businesses and workers.

  • States are also restricting access to in-dining restaurants, theaters, concert halls, some retail stores and other non-essential businesses where large groups of people risk coming into close contact with one another.
  • Many other businesses have voluntarily closed to protect their employees and the public as a whole.

Many people lost their jobs and are now struggling for one. Unemployment has hit so hard in our country that it’s even leading to serious cases. You can help them! Yes!

Environment

Restricted human interaction with nature during this crisis time has appeared as a blessing for nature and environment. Reports from all over the world are indicating that after the outbreak of COVID-19, environmental conditions including air quality and water quality in rivers are improving and wildlife is blooming.

How much the solution is aligned with mentioned theme.


Uniqueness/ Originality

Whether the idea has been thought already by someone.


Feasability


The functional and technical feasibility of the solution.

How much cost would it need (cost-benefit analysis) with its feasibility.


Effectiveness of Idea


How much it would effect the world.



Rules:



Each team will be given time to present and pitch their ideas. The rules to be kept in mind are -
  1. Allowed team size 1-4.
  2. Registration is free!
  3. Last date of registration 22nd September 2020.
  4. During registration your College ID as identity proof needs to be uploaded.
  5. There will be a short-listing round before actual event. So, everyone needs to give their project description during registration.
  6. Each team will get their time to present and pitch their ideas. The platform for presenting will be at MS Teams and will require sharing screen so as to demonstrate your ideas.
  7. For easy communication and fast query solving, a Whatsapp group will be created for the Team leaders to join only.
